Information About Our Childcare Center

Part-Time Preschool in Niles, IL

Christie's Carousel of Learning offers flexible preschool for children ages 2 through 5, serving families in Niles, IL, and surrounding communities. Families may choose 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week, making it easy to find a schedule that fits your household's rhythm without committing to full-day care. Our program combines play-based learning with a theme-driven curriculum that builds social, cognitive, language, and motor skills at every age level.

Part-Time Schedule Options

Flexible scheduling is a core feature of the program. When you register, you select a consistent number of days per week and a session time, and those choices remain the same across every enrolled day. Both morning and afternoon session windows may be available depending on age group and current enrollment. Because days are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, reaching out early gives your family the best chance of securing preferred times. Call (847) 825-4568 to ask about current AM and PM openings

Who Is Part-Time Preschool For?

This preschool option can be a natural fit for a wide range of families and children.

  • Children ages 2 to 5 who are ready to begin structured social learning in a nurturing group setting.
  • Toddlers and preschoolers who benefit from easing into a school routine gradually before entering kindergarten.
  • Families who need reliable, scheduled childcare on select weekdays while managing work or other commitments.
  • Parents looking for a program rooted in play-based learning and kindergarten readiness without a full-week enrollment.

Each age group follows a specific curriculum throughout the school year, so part-time enrollment still delivers the same developmental content as full-time attendance. Learn more on our childcare curriculum page.

“Both my girls attend Christie’s and they love it. The feeling from when you first walk in is a sense of family. I truly believe that the staff love and care for my girls. The teachings in the classroom have helped my children grow not only academically but also socially and emotionally. We couldn’t be happier with the time our girls spend at Christie’s.”
